Yoga : Yoga as we all know is aims to unite the mind, body and spirit. Students of Mody School  practice Yoga daily under the guidance of expert coaches to be fitter, more energetic, happier and peaceful.

Meditation : To help the students develop equanimity of mind the students attend 'sandhya' (evening prayers ). It helps them realize their potentials and develop introspection. We have a serene and beautiful area with meditation platform, Buddhist prayer wheels, and a statue of Lord Buddha carved out of red stone. It promotes virtues of gentleness and introspection as propagated by Lord Buddha .
